Welcome to the

2008 School Visit Programme

• REMINDER •

PLEASE DON’T MISS OUT!!

Dear Teachers/ Group Leaders,

If your students want to learn more about the sea & what lives in Our Ocean, why not join us at the Island Bay Marine Education Centre for an interesting, exciting, fully hands-on learning experience.

Our seaside location right on the shores of Cook Strait and our amazing collection of local marine life will allow you and your class to see close up what lives on our rocky shores and below the surface.

You’ll be able to learn about octopuses, seahorses, fish and all the other life that shares our marine environment from experienced marine scientists and educators.

We tailor each programme to your classes’ age group, from Year 1 to Year 13 students, and offer a unique opportunity for you, your students, and parent helpers to see the sea in a new and fascinating way.

PLEASE DON’T MISS OUT! Click here for a printable version of our Schools Flier.pdf
